In 1967, a unique TV series premiered which featured the adventures of Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and the crew aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise. This was the start of sci-fi television, and Star Trek was the first in the series, and landed a franchise that spanned 40 years, with 5 series and 11 movies.
Trek is still going strong.
This is the 2nd edition series of the Star Trek series.
